Siôn Evans worked with the biggest names in French cuisine, before settling down in the restaurant “Au Château”, where he will pass on his passion to you and his love for cooking.
He likes to pay homage to French cuisine, while revisiting it and using local products. The menus are constantly changing depending on availability and the chef's wishes.
